*ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE:

The Hotel’s Check-In time is 3:00pm and the Check-Out time is 12:00pm.  It is our understanding that guests will arrive and depart individually and not together as a Group Arrival.

 

*MANDATORY CHARGE – IN ROOM SAFE:

There is a mandatory charge for the in-room safe - $1.09 /room/ day.

 

*PAYMENT METHOD:  Individual guests will be responsible for payment of all their own charges.  All guests must issue a major credit card or cash at the time of Check-in to guarantee payment.

 

*RESERVATION METHOD: Call-in Reservations

Individuals must call the Quality Hotel on Broadway’s Reservations Department during business hours 8:30am – 6:00pm, Monday-Friday at 212-866-6400 or toll-free 1800-834-2972 to reserve their room under the group block Graph Drawing 2004 before the cut-off date of Friday, September 3, 2004.  On the cut-off date, any rooms not reserved will be released back into hotel inventory for resale.  Any reservations requested after the cut-off date will be subject to availability at the prevailing rack rates.

 

*CANCELATION:

Cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to arrival up to 4 pm and are subject to a penalty charge of one night’s room and tax, per canceled room.  All cancellation penalty charges will be strictly adhered to and any deposits will be non-refundable if rooms are canceled after this date.

*RESERVATION PROCEDURE CUT OFF DATE:

 

The above block of rooms is set aside and guaranteed to your participants until August 29, 2004.  Specific room types are on a run-of-the-house available basis.   It is understood that you will call the Hotel reservations department directly at 212-581-8100 or 1-800-231-0405 to secure your reservation.  In order to receive the group rate, all callers must identify as participants of the City College / Graph Drawing 2004 group code XCG.  All reservations must be secured by a credit card or one night’s prepayment at the time of booking.  Credit Cards taken for reservations are only for guarantee of the reservation and credit card numbers for guarantee are not valid for payment unless the valid card holder presents said card at registration.  After the 30 day cut-off, any rooms remaining in the block will be released for general sale Reservations made beyond this 30 day cut-off, will be subject to space and rate availability.

 

*METHOD OF PAYMENT:

 

All reservations must be secured by a credit card of check at the time of booking Credit cards are only for purpose of guarantee for the reservation and credit cards for guarantee are not valid for payment unless the valid card holder presents said card at registration.

 

*CHECK IN/ CHECK OUT TIMES:

 

Holiday Inn check-in time is 3:00pm and check-out time is Noon.  The Hotel cannot guarantee that rooms will be available should your group arrive prior to this designated check-in time.  Naturally, Holiday Inn will make every attempt to accommodate your early arrival or late departure requests.
